There is a total of 47 Exhibitor Tables Available

Exhibitors agree to the following conditions for allocating exhibitor tables in Salon B adjoining the meeting room. Displays may be open from 7:00 a.m. Thursday, January 11th to 12:00 noon on Friday, January 12th . Breakdown can either be Thursday evening, if not staying Friday, or Friday anytime after 12:00 noon

  • Exhibitor area will be available to set-up at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2024
  • $400 exhibitor fee includes one draped (6’ x 30”) table, two chairs, waste basket and electrical. (All exhibitors must register and pay registration fees.)
  • Requests for an exhibitor table must be received no later than December 31.
  • Limit of two exhibitor tables per company. Tables available on first come first served.
  • Table numbers will be assigned based on a raffle-type drawing.
  • Please use the conference registration form to pay exhibitor fees.
