Vendors Reception will be held Wednesday, Jan. 20th from 4:30 to 6:00 PM and this year will feature an OPEN BAR!!!!!!!

Exhibitors agree to the following conditions for allocating exhibitor tables in Salon B adjoining the meeting room. Displays may be open from 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 20th to 12:00 noon on Friday, January 22nd. Breakdown can either be Thursday evening starting after 5:00 p.m., or Friday anytime after breakfast. Booths must be taken down by 12:30 p.m. on Friday.

 
*The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
  • Exhibitor area will be available to set-up at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 20, 2027
  • $450 exhibitor fee includes one draped (6’ x 30”) table, two chairs, waste basket and electrical. (All exhibitors must register and pay registration fees.)
  • Requests for an exhibitor table must be received no later than December 31.
  • Limit of two exhibitor tables per company. Tables available on first come first served.
  • Table numbers will be assigned based on a raffle-type drawing.
  • Please use the conference registration form to pay exhibitor fees.
  • We are requesting prizes to give away during our conference. If you would like to donate an item, please specify on your registration and turn the item in at the registration desk upon arrival. Your company will be recognized at the time of the giveaway.
