Vendors Reception will be held Tuesday, Jan. 14th from 4:30 to 6:00 PM and this year will feature an OPEN BAR!!!!!!!
Exhibitors agree to the following conditions for allocating exhibitor tables in Salon B adjoining the meeting room. Displays may be open from 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 14th to 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 16th . Breakdown can either be Wednesday evening starting after 5:00 p.m., or Thursday anytime after breakfast.
- Exhibitor area will be available to set-up at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2025
- $450 exhibitor fee includes one draped (6’ x 30”) table, two chairs, waste basket and electrical. (All exhibitors must register and pay registration fees.)
- Requests for an exhibitor table must be received no later than December 31.
- Limit of two exhibitor tables per company. Tables available on first come first served.
- Table numbers will be assigned based on a raffle-type drawing.
- Please use the conference registration form to pay exhibitor fees.
