Conference: Registration fee paid by December 31, 2023 will be $250 per person ($275 if paid from January 1-5, $300 on site or paid after the conference). Return this form by December 31st to help us make proper conference arrangements. Registrations will be accepted later than December 31st, but your early reservations will help us make proper conference arrangements. Please honor our request to include payment with this registration form. Emergency cancellations will be accepted and registration fees refunded if we are notified by January 5th, 2024.
All Sponsorship levels will receive substantial acknowledgement in the printed program as well as verbal recognition during the Conference!!

If you are a company that supports mine safety and health with products or services, you will want an exhibit at the MMSHC gathering next January. Occupational Safety and Health, Risk Management and Environmental Safety are some of the areas that serve Missouri’s mining community. There will be ample time for attendees to visit your booth including a planned Exhibitor’s Reception on Thursday afternoon.
